The Process
1.use the booking link to request a date and time
The first step to get started is to use this link to request a date and time that works best for you.

Please note, this is a booking request, not a final confirmation. Once you submit the form, I’ll review your request and respond within 48 hours or 2 business days to either approve your session or ask you to select another date if needed.
2.Complete your booking & fill out the questionnaire
Once your session is approved, you’ll get an email that says "Please complete your booking." Be sure to open it and follow the steps to lock in your session! Inside, you'll be asked to confirm your contact information one last time. Then, you'll be asked to fill out your senior session questionnaire. This part is super important—it’s how we plan all the fun details and make sure you’re absolutely obsessed with your photos.
Senior portraits are a big deal, and I want everything to feel perfectly you. Once your questionnaire is submitted, I will respond in 24 hours with a deposit invoice!
3.Pay retainer/deposit to secure your booking!
An invoice will be sent to the email and phone number you provided in your questionnaire! Your deposit (typically $50) holds your date and goes toward your final total. Make sure to send it in as soon as possible so no one else grabs your spot.
Once it’s paid, you’re officially on my calendar—AHHHH yay! I’m absolutely doing a happy dance the moment I see your name pop up on my screen!
4.plan your session & day of session
I’ll reach out a week or two before your session either through Instagram DM or text message to plan all the fun details—outfits, locations, your vibe, and official start times. A day or two before, I’ll send your final location pins and start time so everything is easy and stress-free.
Your invoice for the remaining total will be sent a couple of days before your session and just needs to be paid by the day of. Then it’s time for the fun part—session day! Get ready for laughs, hype, and little water/snack breaks to keep you feeling your best.
Once we wrap, all that’s left to do is relax and get excited—your full gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks (up to 3.5 weeks during busy season). By then, we’ll basically be besties!

FAQ
Do you travel for photoshoots?
I do! Traveling is so much fun and there such beautiful spots in Texas. A lot of my clients love traveling to Austin and Waco. There is a travel fee for anything past 25 miles from Belton, Texas. This accounts for my milage, wear & tear on my vehicle, and time spent traveling! Depending on how far you're wanting to travel, your session date may need to be moved to ensure I can make it! Contact me for a quote.
What should I wear for our session?
Once you've filled out that questionnaire, I will contact you and we will talk all things outfits! You can send me pictures of different options and I'll send you pinterest boards with tons of inspo! What's most important is that you feel COMFORTABLE!
How long does it take to get my photos back?
Turnaround time depends on lots of factors! During my slower season (November-February) & (June-August) you can expect your gallery back in 2 weeks. During busy season, it can take up to 3.5 weeks to receive your full gallery. I hand edit everything and make sure each image is up to my expectations!
Why do start times vary? How will I know exactly what time to book?
Start times vary depending on sunset, sunrise, what package you book, and what you want your pictures to look like. I will confirm start times for you after I hear from you and we chat! There is a morning and evening time slot on the booking site. Don't worry about the exact time! Book either that morning or evening time slot and I'll give you the best start time. :)
Do you offer any retouching such as smoothing skin?
Every gallery receives light retouching such as smoothing of the skin and any distractions in the background. I do my best to help get rid of those annoying zits that tend to pop up at the worst time ever! Anything more than that such as intense skin healing is an extra fee as this adds on hours of extra work.
Who can come to my session?
Parents are always welcome! You may bring a friend if you feel most comfortable with them there to hype you up and help with outfit changes! Maintaining a positive and uplifting environment during your shoot is the most important thing to me. Please think about who would uplift you rather than stress you out!
Can I get my gallery expedited?
Yes, you can. I offer 4 day turnaround time for an additional $300.
